The Oregon Rehabilitation Association represents and supports its members: non-profit community organizations that support people with disabilities.

We value:

    • Investment in excellence.
    • Integrity and openness in communication.
    • Leadership in developing partnerships for the future.
    • Genuine participation in the life and resources of the community.

The Oregon Rehabilitation Association (ORA) was formed in 1967 by nonprofit community agencies. For nearly 35 years, ORA has been the voice of providers, successfully advocating for people with disabilities in ways that truly make a difference in their lives.

Our more than 100 member organizations are located throughout the state. Their 3,000 employees provide community residential and employment supports to more than 7,000 people with disabilities.
