Requirements for janitorial

Community Mental Health Programs (AOCMHP) in Salem, Oregon is seeking a
Developmental Disabilities Specialist to provide assistance to the Executive
Director. Must have knowledge and demonstrated experience in
developmental disabilities policy development, developmental disabilities
system analysis, relationship building, and excellent communications skills. Preference will be given to those who have
experience with the County operated developmental disabilities services system,
sub-contracted provider system, and brokerages. Experience with self-advocates
a plus. Requires Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or
related field with at least 3 years of experience in the developmental disabilities

Accounting Tech III - Temporary Full-Time Assignment,
Salem
Accountant needed for
temporary full-time assignment; position pays $15.50/hr.
Job duties include:
* Completing timely accurate audits, verifications and coding of moderately
complex financial obligations to include verifying large volumes of invoices to
be paid; claims include, but are not limited to, purchase orders, contract
release orders and all Department telephone invoices
* Enter payments and adjustments into database, which requires an advanced
knowledge of the accounting system and accounting principles
* Independently, using courtesy and tact, correspond with vendors and officers
to resolve payment discrepancies and claim disputes
* Assist in accurately updating an automated database to track agency
telephones, cellular phones and pagers.
* Special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager; including, but not
limited to, research on various subjects, compilation of data for financial
statements and retrieving phone records for management review
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access
* Ability to clearly communicate policies and procedures to customers
* Ability to reconcile Accounts Payable invoices to ensure duplicate payments
are not made to a vendor
